1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Payments & Order Confirmation

  • All services require 100% advance payment before work commences.
  • Once payment is processed and work has started, refunds are not provided, as our services involve strategic planning and time investment.

1.2 No Refund Policy on Completed Work

Due to the nature of digital services, once a service has been initiated, executed, or delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Branding Building
  • SEO
  • Social Media
  • Tech and Outreach

1.3 Revisions & Modifications

We believe in delivering the best results for our clients. To ensure your satisfaction:

  • We offer one revision within the agreed project scope.
  • Additional revisions or modifications beyond the original agreement may be subject to extra charges.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are generally not offered, we do consider the following exceptional cases:

2.1 Non-Delivery of Services

  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Blog Vogue fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, we will review the situation and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

2.2 Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

  • If an overpayment or duplicate transaction occurs, the excess amount will be refunded promptly after verification.

2.3 Inability to Fulfill an Order

  • In rare cases where we are unable to proceed with a service due to technical constraints or internal limitations, a full refund may be issued.

3. Refund Request Process

3.1 How to Submit a Request

  • Clients must submit refund requests in writing via email to hello@blogvogue.com.
  • Requests must include:
    • Order details (invoice number, payment receipt)
    • Reason for refund request
    • Supporting evidence (if applicable)

3.2 Processing & Approval Time

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees deducted by third-party payment processors are non-refundable.

4. Limitations & Non-Eligible Refund Situations

4.1 Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

  • The service has been fully or partially delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • The dissatisfaction is due to subjective reasons (e.g., personal preferences or changes in business strategy).
  • The client fails to provide the necessary materials, feedback, or approvals required to complete the service.
  • Refund requests are made after the service has been executed or completed.

4.2 Third-Party Payment Policies

  • Blog Vogue is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or refund limitations imposed by third-party payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to their terms and conditions.

5. Affiliate Product Refunds

  • Blog Vogue participates in affiliate programs, where we recommend and link to third-party products.
  • Any purchases made through affiliate links are subject to the refund and return policies of the respective affiliate website (e.g., Fashion brands, Lifestyle Essentials, Tech Services, etc.).
  • Blog Vogue is not responsible for processing refunds or returns for affiliate purchases. We encourage customers to review the refund policy of the retailer before making a purchase.
